This was made by cutting out small rectangles that were 2"x1". Fold each rectangle so that the 2 top corners fold down into the middle & meet. To make a triangle. Then pinning all the triangles on with the pins, overlapping. Finish it at the top with a trailing organdy ribbon bow or a neatly tied grosgrain bow.
Simple & pretty. :)
