First I measured how much paper I needed to wrap around the tin & cut it to size.  Then random stamped it with the dots.  Stamped the greeting on the front.  Then adhered it to the can using tombow adhesive runner on the ends of the paper so they overlap.  Cut grosgrain ribbon & adhere it around the top & bottom using the Tombow liquid adhesive.  Tie a bow using the same grosgrain ribbon & adhere on top of can above greeting.

 

Stamp the tissue using the same ink colors.

 

You can fill this will candies, bath & beauty product, popcorn & a dvd etc.
